All items listed on the consent agenda* are considered to be routine by the Planning
Commission and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion
of these items unless a Commissioner, citizen or petitioner so requests, in which
event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in normal
sequence on the agenda.

conditional use permit for Liberty Property Trust for property located at
9600 54th Avenue. (2007106) (Table to August 4, 2010 meeting)
B. Pulte Homes. Rezoning to RSF-3 and preliminary plat for “The Willows” for
46 single family lots to be located at the southwest corner of County Road
47 and Juneau Lane. (2010041)
C. Plymouth Development Corporation. Interim use permit to allow
grading/excavation operations associated with installation of a sanitary
sewer between Taryn Hills and the proposed Hampton Hills subdivision
located on part of the former Hampton Hills golf course. (2010043)
D. Sky Zone. Conditional use permit for an indoor/commercial recreation use
in an industrial building at 13310 Industrial Park Blvd. (2010045)
