R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-191
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE V ACATION OF A B EE H ABITAT C ONSERVATION E ASEMENT
OF Lots 11, 12, 13, 18, Block 6, HOLLYDALE
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for July 25, 2023, in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of July 25, 2023; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the council held a public hearing on July 25, 2023 to inform any and all interested
parties relevant to the vacation of a bee habitat conservation easement of Lots 11, 12, 13, and 18, Block
6, Hollydale; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said bee habitat conservation easement
can be vacated under the condition a satisfactory replacement bee habitat conservation easement in
the same location and size, and shape slightly modified and approved by city staff.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the following bee habitat conservation easement be vacated:
To vacate that part of Lots 11, 12, 13, and 18, Block 6, Hollydale, according to the plat on file and of record
in the office of the county recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows:
An easement over, under and across that part of Lots 11, 12, 13, and 18, Block 6, HOLLYDALE,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows:
Commencing at the shared northerly corner of said Lots 11 and 12; thence on an assumed
bearing of South 00 degrees 50 minutes 33 seconds East, along the shared lot line of said Lots 11
and 12, a distance of 139.55 feet; thence South 85 degrees 07 minutes 05 seconds East a
distance of 19.24 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence South 36 degrees 16 minutes 09
seconds East a distance of 37.45 feet; thence South 58 degrees 54 minutes 27 seconds West a
distance of 83.30 feet; thence South 28 degrees 33 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 66.61
feet; thence South 75 degrees 29 minutes 07 seconds West a distance of 130.40 feet; thence
South 82 degrees 09 minutes 03 seconds West a distance of 68.20 feet; thence South 34
degrees 46 minutes 14 seconds West a distance of 36.91 feet; thence North 69 degrees 05
minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 69.33 feet; thence North 64 degrees 42 minutes 24
seconds East a distance of 90.04 feet; thence North 78 degrees 23 minutes 42 seconds East a
distance of 86.95 feet; thence North 71 degrees 05 minutes 26 seconds East a distance of 88.67
feet; thence North 37 degrees 17 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of 53.72 feet; thence

North 56 degrees 15 minutes 33 seconds East a distance of 93.34 feet to the point of beginning
and there terminating.
Easement vacation area = 15,304 sq. ft.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that recording of this vacation resolution shall be accomplished with
the recording of the replacement conservation easement granted by the petitioner.
