R ESOLUTION A PPROVING L AWFUL G AMBLING A PPLICATION OF
W AYZATA Y OUTH H OCKEY A SSOCIATION AT
B UFFALO W ILD W INGS G RILL & B AR, 3505 V ICKSBURG L ANE N
WHEREAS, the Wayzata Youth Hockey Association (WYHA) has submitted a premise permit
application to conduct lawful gambling at Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar, 3505 Vicksburg Lane N; and
WHEREAS, this organization and the location meet the requirements of Section 1105 of the Plymouth
City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the lawful gambling application of Wayzata Youth Hockey Association at Buffalo Wild
Wings Grill & Bar, 3505 Vicksburg Lane N is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 25th day of July, 2023.
