O RDINANCE R EPEALING O RDINANCE 2022-15 AN I NTERIM O RDINANCE P ROHIBITING THE
S ALE, T ESTING, M ANUFACTURING, AND D ISTRIBUTION OF I NTOXICATING AND
P SYCHOACTIVE C ANNABINOIDS
Ordinance No. 2023-07 repeals Ordinance 2022-15 an interim ordinance prohibiting the sale,
testing, manufacturing and distribution of intoxicated and psychoactive cannabinoids.
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection at the City Clerkâs Office during
regular office hours.
