R ESOLUTION A PPROVING S UPPLEMENTAL A GREEMENT FOR THE
2023 V ICKSBURG L ANE L ANDSCAPING I MPROVEMENTS (ST230006)
WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, Inc. was previously designated as the engineer for the 2023
Vicksburg Lane Landscaping Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the engineer submitted a scope amendment that includes final design revisions, sign
panel coordination, and construction administration and inspection; and
WHEREAS, staff believes it to be in the best interest of the city to approve the supplemental
agreement with Bolton & Menk, Inc. at a cost of $63,904.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that supplemental agreement with Bolton & Menk, Inc. is hereby approved at a cost of
$63,904.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 27th day of June, 2023.
