R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-166
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING S UPPLEMENTAL A GREEMENT FOR THE
2023 C ITY C ENTER P AVEMENT R EHABILITATION P ROJECT (ST230001)
WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, Inc. was previously designated as the engineer for the 2023 City
Center Pavement Rehabilitation project; and
WHEREAS, the agreement with Bolton & Menk, Inc. included design, inspection, and
administration services; and
WHEREAS, the construction duration proposed by the contractor exceeds the duration of the
services in the agreement with the engineer; and
WHEREAS, staff believes it to be in the best interest of the city to approve the supplemental
agreement with Bolton & Menk, Inc. to extend the duration of construction services and include
material testing at a cost of $82,412.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that supplemental agreement with Bolton & Menk, Inc. is hereby approved at a cost of
$82,412.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 27th day of June, 2023.
