C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-163
R ESOLUTION A DOPTING A MENDED 2022 B UDGET
WHEREAS, three funds experienced unanticipated program and project
expenditures not accounted for in the 2022 budget, resulting in increased expenditures;
and
WHEREAS, the city council is allowed to amend budgets if appropriations will
exceed budget estimates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the operating budget for the following fund is hereby
amended from original amounts to amended amounts as indicated:
Original Amended
Recreation Fund $ 2,462,944 $ 2,778,315
CDBG $ 373,263 $ 390,303
HRA Section 8 $ 3,308,856 $ 3,471,949
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amended budget is to be made effective
December 31, 2022.
ADOPTED by the City Council on this 27th day of June, 2023
