R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE E XTENSION OF AN O UTDOOR E NCLOSED S EATING A REA
TO THE O N-S ALE I NTOXICATING L IQUOR L ICENSE WITH S UNDAY S ALES OF
T HE F OX AND P ANTRY LLC, 15725 37 TH A VENUE N ORTH, U NIT 7
WHEREAS, The Fox and Pantry LLC, has submitted a request to expand the premises of their
on-sale intoxicating liquor license with Sunday sales to include an outdoor enclosed seating area located
at 15725 37th Avenue North, Unit 7; and
WHEREAS, the outdoor enclosed seating area is contiguous to the building per the requirements
of the licensed premises; and
WHEREAS, the extension of the premises is contingent upon the Administrative Plan
Modification approval from Community and Economic Development Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the extension of an outdoor enclosed seating area to serve liquor submitted by The
Fox and Pantry LLC at 15725 37th Avenue North, Unit 7 is approved contingent upon Administrative Plan
Modification approval.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 27th day of June, 2023.
