R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE E XTENSION OF AN O UTDOOR E NCLOSED S EATING
A REA TO THE W INE AND O N-S ALE 3.2 P ERCENT M ALT L IQUOR L ICENSE OF
B REW P ARK P LYMOUTH, LLC D/B/A B REW P ARK,
2605 F ERNBROOK L ANE N ORTH, S UITE J
WHEREAS, Brew Park Plymouth, LLC d/b/a Brew Park, has submitted a request to expand the
premises of their wine and on-sale 3.2 percent malt liquor license to include an outdoor enclosed
seating area located at 2605 Fernbrook Lane North, Suite J; and
WHEREAS, the outdoor enclosed seating area is contiguous to the building per the requirements
of the licensed premises; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has reviewed and approved the plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the extension of an outdoor enclosed seating area to serve wine and on-sale 3.2
percent malt liquor submitted by Brew Park Plymouth, LLC d/b/a Brew Park at 2605 Fernbrook Lane
North, Suite J is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 13th day of June, 2023.
