Special Council Meeting
April 25, 2023
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. at Plymouth
City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on April 25, 2023.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers McGregor, Peterson, Willis, Gregor, Davis,
and Pointner.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL ABSENT: None.
PLYMOUTH STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Deputy City Manager Solano, Community and
Economic Development Director Fernelius, Human Resources Director Timpone, HR Generalist Finn, and
City Clerk/Administrative Coordinator Gallup.
Housing and Redevelopment Authority Interviews
Council conducted interviews for the vacant at‐large seat on the Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
Council directed staff to prepare a resolution appointing the vacant at‐large seat on the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority for the May 9 Council meeting agenda.
Future Study Sessions
The following changes were made to future study sessions:
Schedule tour of the Prudential site and visioning/council engagement session on May 8 at 4
p.m.
Add former Four Seasons Mall site discussion to May 23 study session at 5 p.m.
Closed Meeting per State Statute 13D.03, Subdivision 1(b) for labor strategy
discussion
Motion was made by Councilmember Pointner and seconded by Councilmember Peterson, to go into
closed meeting per State Statute 13D.03, Subdivision 1(b) for labor strategy discussion. With all
members voting in favor, the motion carried.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 6:50 p.m.
