Action Requested: Tour the Prudential site. 2. Background: Council and staff will meet at City Hall and take a bus to tour the Prudential site at 13001 Bass Lake Road. Tour is proposed to last from 4:00 - 5:00 pm. An aerial of the site is attached for reference. 3. Budget Impact: N/A 4. Action Requested: Participate in a site visioning/council engagement session. 2. Background: The purpose of this meeting is for the City Council to engage in a visioning and engagement session on the Prudential site redevelopment with staff and the applicant. The proposed schedule for the engagement and visioning session is attached, which is proposed to start around 5:30 pm at City Hall. Prior to the engagement session, the City Council, staff, and applicant group will tour the Prudential site. The engagement session is intended to provide the applicant direction on this project starting from a blank slate. 3. Budget Impact: N/A 4.
