R ESOLUTION O RDERING I MPROVEMENT FOR THE
2023 G LEASON L AKE D RIVE I MPROVEMENTS P ROJECT (ST239001)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on the 24th day of January, 2023, which fixed a
date for the council hearing on the proposed improvement of Gleason Lake Drive from Vicksburg
Lane/Black Oaks Lane/Townes Road to Carlson Parkway, Niagara Lane from Gleason Lake Drive to the
City of Minnetonka border, and Kingsview Lane from Niagara Lane to Gleason Lake Drive by
reconstruction of streets, full depth reclamation of streets, installation of concrete curb and gutter,
water main, and storm sewer, sanitary sewer repairs, trail replacement, trail construction, and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, a minimum of 10 days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing
was given and the hearing was held thereon the 11th day of April, 2023, at which all persons desiring to
be heard will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted April 11, 2023.
2. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the
improvement from the proceeds of the tax exempt bond or other identified sources for this
project.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 11th day of April, 2023.
