R ESOLUTION O RDERING I MPROVEMENT FOR THE
2023 C ITY C ENTER P AVEMENT R EHABILITATION P ROJECT (ST230001)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on the 24th day of January, 2023, which fixed a
date for the council hearing on the proposed improvement of the streets north of State Highway 55,
east of Vicksburg Lane, south of Rockford Road, west of Plymouth Boulevard, and 34th Avenue from 400
feet east of Plymouth Boulevard to Fernbrook Lane by full depth reclamation of streets, mill and overlay
of streets, installation and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, trail and sidewalk construction,
water main repairs, storm sewer repairs, sanitary sewer repairs, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, a minimum of 10 days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing
was given and the hearing was held thereon the 11th day of April, 2023, at which all persons desiring to
be heard will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on the 24th day of January, 2023, which
received the feasibility report for the project and included the preliminary assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary assessment roll in the feasibility report needs to be amended to
include the parcel with the property identification number of 16-118-22-32-0021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted April, 11, 2023.
2. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the
improvement from the proceeds of the tax exempt bond or other identified sources for this
project.
3. The feasibility report is amended to include the property with the property identification
number of 16-118-22-32-0021 in the preliminary assessment roll.
