R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-089
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T EMPORARY L IQUOR L ICENSE
A PPLICATION OF P LYMOUTH C IVIC L EAGUE
WHEREAS, Plymouth Civic League has submitted a Temporary Liquor License application for an
event at the Hilde Performance Center, 3500 Plymouth Boulevard, on May 12, 2023; and
WHEREAS, this event is classified as a community event per Minnesota Statutes concerning
Temporary Liquor Licenses; and
WHEREAS, the required fee and certificate of liquor liability insurance have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Temporary Liquor License application of Plymouth Civic League for an event at the
Hilde Performance Center on May 12, 2023 is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 30th day of March, 2023.
