R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-072
R ESOLUTION D ESIGNATING C ONSULTING E NGINEER FOR THE
36 TH A VENUE R EHABILITATION (ST260002)
WHEREAS, the 36th Avenue Rehabilitation is listed in the proposed 2023-2032 Capital
Improvement Plan; and
WHEREAS, a request for proposal was sent to engineering firms that has expertise to deliver the
project; and
WHEREAS, a proposal was received and evaluated by city staff; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends that Bolton & Menk, Inc. be designated as the consulting engineer
for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Bolton & Menk, Inc. is designated as the City’s consulting engineer for the 36th Avenue
Rehabilitation (ST260002) in the amount of $265,171.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding will be from the street reconstruction fund in the
amount of $265,171.00
APPROVED by the City Council on this 14th day of March, 2023.
