R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-061
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING H OT M IX A SPHALT P RICES FOR 2023
WHEREAS, the price of hot mix asphalt materials is in the approved 2023 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications, advertised, received bids, and opened bids on
February 16, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the bids received from C.S. McCrossan Construction, Inc., of Maple Grove, MN and
Martin Marietta, of Maple Grove, MN are accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding shall be from the General Fund (Street Maintenance
Division operating budget) in the amount of $100,000, Water Resources Fund in the amount of $5,000,
and the Street Reconstruction Fund in the amount of $700,000.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 28th day of February 2023.
