R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-049
A UTHORIZING THE M AYOR AND C ITY M ANAGER TO
EXECUTE A MENDMENT N O. 2 TO THE D EVELOPMENT
C ONTRACT FOR H AMPTON H ILLS S OUTH P LATEAU (2011097-F)
WHEREAS, Tradition Development d/b/a Hampton Hills Investment, LLC has requested
Amendment No. 2 to the development contract for Hampton Hills South Plateau; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat and development contract for Hampton Hills
South Plateau on April 10, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the development contract was recorded with the County Recorder on July 5, 2012, as
Document No. A9808271; and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 was approved by the City Council on August 14, 2012 and changed
Section 12 of the development contract to extend the time of performance for completion of public
improvements from November 30, 2012 to November 30, 2013; and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 2 would change Section 1 of the development contract in order to
correct a legal description from Outlot D to Outlot G.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute
Amendment No. 2 to the development contract for Hampton Hills South Plateau.
