R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-045
R ESOLUTION TO A UTHORIZE “N O P ARKING” FOR THE
C HANKAHDA T RAIL R ECONSTRUCTION P ROJECT – P HASE 2 (ST230002)
WHEREAS, Chankahda Trail, from County State Aid Highway 101 to County State Aid 61, is
classified as a minor arterial roadway and is a Municipal State Aid Street; and
WHEREAS, this segment of roadway currently does not accommodate parking; and
WHEREAS, an official resolution memorializing the restriction of parking is required in order for
the roadway to be eligible for Minnesota State Aid funds to be used to improve the roadway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the recommended “No Parking” along this segment of
roadway is appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it hereby authorizes the installation of “No Parking” signs along both sides of
Chankahda Trail from County State Aid Highway 101 to County State Aid Highway 61.
