Special Council Meeting
January 21, 2023
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 8:00 a.m. in the Cedar
Room of the Plymouth Community Center, 14800 34th Avenue North, on January 21, 2023.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Peterson, Gregor, Davis, Pointner.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL ABSENT: Councilmembers McGregor, Willis.
PLYMOUTH STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Deputy City Manager Solano, Park and Recreation
Director Tomlinson, Human Resources Director Timpone, Finance Director Rich, Public Safety Director
Fadden, Fire Chief Coppa, Community and Economic Development Manager Fernelius, Deputy Public
Works Director/City Engineer LaBounty, and City Clerk/Administrative Coordinator Gallup.
Council Strategic Workshop
Council and the staff senior leadership team met to establish shared expectations and identify strategic
priorities. A follow‐up meeting will be held on March 14.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 4:00 p.m.
