R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-023
A PPROVING T ERMINATION OF A C ONDITIONAL U SE P ERMIT FOR
A M ONOPOLE C ELL T OWER THAT WAS R EMOVED (96160)
WHEREAS, on January 22, 1997, the City Council approved a conditional use permit, under
Resolution No. 97-66 (City File 96160), to allow installation of a monopole cell tower on the site of the
former Hampton Hills Golf Club, 5313 Juneau Lane North; and
WHEREAS, said conditional use permit was recorded in the Office of the Registrar of Titles in and
for Hennepin County, Minnesota, as Document No. 3052721 on July 30, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the approved monopole cell tower was installed on the site in 1998 pursuant to the
terms of said conditional use permit, but was removed in 2022; and
WHEREAS, the city finds that said conditional use permit is no longer required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does terminate the conditional use for a monopole cell tower at
the former Hampton Hills Golf Club. Furthermore, the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to
sign the associated termination document.
