R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE 2022-2023 L ABOR A GREEMENT
BETWEEN THE C ITY OF P LYMOUTH AND
L AW E NFORCEMENT L ABOR S ERVICES (LELS L OCAL 521)-C APTAINS
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor Services Local
521 representing Plymouth Police Captains have met to negotiate a labor agreement in accordance with
the Public Employee Labor Relations Act, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported that an agreement has been reached for the period of
June 20, 2022 through December 31, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the labor agreement between the City of Plymouth and LELS Local 521, for the period
of June 20, 2022 through December 31, 2023 is approved and the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to execute said agreement.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of January, 2023.
