Special Council Meeting
December 13, 2022
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 4:00 p.m. in the Medicine
Lake Room of Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on December 13, 2022.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Carroll, Prom, McGregor, Davis,
and Peterson.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL ABSENT: None.
PLYMOUTH STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Deputy City Manager Solano, Public Works Director
Thompson, Human Resources Director Timpone, Planning and Development Manager McGuire, and City
Clerk/Administrative Coordinator Gallup.
Board and Commission Interviews
Council conducted interviews for boards and commissions.
The meeting recessed at 6:30 p.m. to move to the regular City Council meeting.
The meeting reconvened at 8:15 p.m.
Council directed staff to prepare a resolution approving appointments to boards and commissions for
the January 10 Council meeting agenda.
Future Study Sessions
The following changes were made to future study sessions:
‐ Schedule two additional board and commission interviews at 5 p.m. on January 10.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 8:40 p.m.
