R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-016
R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING A CQUISITION OF E ASEMENTS FOR THE
2023 G LEASON L AKE D RIVE I MPROVEMENTS P ROJECT (ST239001)
WHEREAS, the City requires permanent easements for construction of the improvements with
the 2023 Gleason Lake Drive Improvements Project (ST239001); and
WHEREAS, easement acquisition areas needed for construction and restoration of said improvements
have been identified in the acquisition exhibit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the acquisition of permanent easements is hereby approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 10th day of January, 2023.
