C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-007
R ESOLUTION A PPOINTING O FFICIAL D EPOSITORY
FOR C ITY F UNDS FOR 2023
WHEREAS, State Statutes require the City to designate depositories for City funds; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth periodically solicits proposals from service providers to seek the
most qualified provider at a responsible cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that US BANK and TD Ameritrade are designated as the official depositories for 2023.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor, City Manager, Finance Director and Assistant Finance
Director are the authorized signers for all City bank accounts.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 10th day of January, 2023.
