R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A SPHALT C ONTRACT FOR 2023-2024 WITH B ITUMINOUS
R OADWAYS I NC. FOR P ARK T RAILS, P ARKING L OTS AND H ARDSCAPE S URFACES
WHEREAS, the City park system includes trails, parking lots and hardscape court surfaces; and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications, advertised, received and opened bids on
November 3, 2022 at 1:00 pm; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received; and

WHEREAS, Bituminous Roadways, Inc.’s qualifications and work performance are compliant with
the City’s Responsible Bidder qualification policy; and
WHEREAS, based on bid amounts, staff recommends accepting the bid from Bituminous
Roadways, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, to award the asphalt contract for park trails, parking lots and hardscape surface repairs for
2023-2024 to Bituminous Roadways, Inc.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 10th day of January, 2023.
