R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-326
R ESOLUTION A DOPTING THE 2023 B UDGETS
WHEREAS, in 2007, the Plymouth City Council directed staff to implement a biennial
budget cycle with a proposed current budget year and an in concept budget proposal; and
WHEREAS, the 2023 budget reflects the second year of the 2022/2023 biennial
budget; and
WHEREAS, the 2023 budget resolution and the accompanying proposed 2023 tax
levies contained in Resolution No. 2022-327 are submitted by the city in accordance with
Minnesota Statutes and other applicable laws in effect on this date; and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs on the 2023 Plymouth Housing and
Redevelopment Authority budgets in the amount of $4,538,583.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed 2022 operating budgets for the following funds
are hereby given approval.

NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City council declares its intent to take all
necessary actions legally permissible to the submission and approval of the City’s budget and
property tax levies.
