R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING THE P LYMOUTH P OLICE D EPARTMENT
TO E NTER INTO AN A GREEMENT WITH W AYZATA I NDEPENDENT S CHOOL D ISTRICT 284
FOR S ECURE S TORAGE OF M OTOR V EHICLES
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Police Department has identified a need to temporarily store several
motor vehicles for evidentiary purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department does not currently have adequate secure storage facilities to
accommodate the number of motor vehicles required to be stored; and
WHEREAS, Wayzata Independent School District 284 has storage space to accommodate the
secure storage of motor vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the Wayzata Independent School District has agreed to lease secure motor vehicle
storage space to the City of Plymouth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the contract agreement with Wayzata Independent School District 284 is approved
and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute said agreement.
