R ESOLUTION A PPROVING 2023 T OBACCO L ICENSES
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for 2023 Tobacco License renewals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following Tobacco Licenses are approved for the period January 1, 2023 through
December 31, 2023:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that issuance of 2023 Tobacco Licenses is contingent upon licensee
compliance with city code, licensee compliance with Ordinance No. 2022-15, and receipt of completed
application materials and license fee by December 31, 2022.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 13th day of December, 2022.
