R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T OBACCO L ICENSE A PPLICATION OF
H OLIDAY S TATIONSTORES, LLC D/B/A H OLIDAY S TATIONSTORE #2746523,
4075 V INEWOOD L ANE N ORTH
WHEREAS, Holiday Stationstores, LLC d/b/a Holiday Stationstore #2746523, has submitted a
tobacco license application for Holiday Stationstore #2746523 located at 4075 Vinewood Lane North;
and
WHEREAS, the license fee has been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the tobacco license application submitted by Holiday Stationstores, LLC for Holiday
Stationstore #2746523 at 4075 Vinewood Lane North is approved for a license period to expire
December 31, 2023.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 13th day of December, 2022.
