R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T OBACCO L ICENSE A PPLICATION OF
S HREE G ANESH I NC D/B/A MGM W INE & S PIRITS P LYMOUTH,
3900 V INEWOOD L ANE N ORTH #1
WHEREAS, Shree Ganesh Inc d/b/a MGM Wine & Spirits Plymouth, has submitted a tobacco
license application for MGM Wine & Spirits Plymouth located at 3900 Vinewood Lane North #1; and
WHEREAS, the license fee has been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the tobacco license application submitted by Shree Ganesh Inc for MGM Wine &
Spirits Plymouth at 3900 Vinewood Lane North #1 is approved for a license period to expire December
31, 2023.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 13th day of December, 2022.
