Special Council Meeting
November 29, 2022
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. in the Medicine
Lake Room of Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on November 29, 2022.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Carroll, Prom, McGregor, Davis,
and Peterson.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL ABSENT: None.
PLYMOUTH STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Deputy City Manager Solano, Public Works Director
Thompson, Park and Recreation Director Tomlinson, Human Resources Director Timpone, Finance
Director Rich, and City Clerk/Administrative Coordinator Gallup.
Review Board and Commission Applications
Council selected ten applicants to interview for the vacant seats on various boards and commissions and
directed staff to schedule interviews on December 13.
Future Study Sessions
The following changes were made to future study sessions:
‐ Begin December 13 study session at 4 p.m.
‐ Schedule Council Strategic Workshop on Saturday, January 21.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 6:32 p.m.
