ORDINANCE AMENDING FRANCHISE FEE FOR
NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY, A MINNESOTA CORPORATION,
D/B/A XCEL ENERGY, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FOR PROVIDING
ELECTRIC SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
On January 14, 2014, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2014-01 implementing franchise fee
for Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation, D/B/A Xcel Energy, its successors and
assigns, for providing electric service within the City of Plymouth, Minnesota. The last rate adjustment
occurred on December 14, 2021.
Schedule A of the franchise ordinance is hereby amended to reflect a 5% adjustment as follows:

Residential 62-40-$2.52
Small C&I — Non -Demand 63-6-1-$3.79
Small C&I — Demand $42-9&$12.65
Large C&1 0-$50.61
Effective Date. The effective date of this ordinance shall be after its publication and ninety (90)
days after the sending of written notice enclosing a copy of this adopted Ordinance to Xcel Energy by
certified mail.
ADOPTED by the City Council on this 13th day of December, 2022.
