ORDINANCE AMENDING FRANCHISE FEE FOR
WRIGHT-HENNEPIN COOPERATIVE
ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS,
FOR PROVIDING ELECTRIC SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
On January 14, 2014, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2014-03 implementing franchise fee
for Wright -Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association, its successors and assigns, for providing electric
service within the City of Plymouth, Minnesota. The last rate adjustment occurred on December 14,
2021.
Schedule A of the franchise ordinance is hereby amended to reflect a 5% adjustment as follows:
Class Amount per month
Residential &$2.52
Small C&I — Non -Demand X1$3.79
Small C&I — Demand -,Q&$12.65
Large C&I $4849 $50.61
Effective Date. The effective date of this ordinance shall be after its publication and ninety (90)
days after the sending of written notice enclosing a copy of this adopted Ordinance to Wright -Hennepin
by certified mail.
ADOPTED by the City Council on this 13th day of December, 2022.
