ORDINANCE AMENDING A GAS ENERGY FRANCHISE FEE ON CENTERPOINT
ENERGY MINNESOTA GAS ("CENTERPOINT ENERGY") FOR PROVIDING
GAS ENERGY SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
On January 14, 2014, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2014-02 implementing a gas energy
franchise fee on Centerpoint Energy Minnesota Gas ("Centerpoint Energy") for providing gas energy
service within the City of Plymouth, Minnesota. The last rate adjustment occurred on December 14,
2021.
Schedule A of the franchise ordinance is hereby amended to reflect a 5% adjustment as follows:

Effective Date. The effective date of this ordinance shall be after its publication and ninety (90)
days after its passage and publication and sending of written notice enclosing a copy of this adopted
Ordinance to Centerpoint Energy by certified mail.
ADOPTED by the City Council on this 13th day of December, 2022.
