R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-291
R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING B ANKING AND I NVESTMENT A UTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth utilizes US Bank for its banking and investing. Additionally, the
City holds bond proceeds with Ameritrade, managed by Ehlers.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director and Assistant Finance Director are authorized to act for this
municipality in the transaction of any banking and investment business in accordance with the City's
investment policy. This activity includes the ability to open a brokerage account, transfer, endorse, sell,
assign and deliver any and all shares of bonds, notes, evidences of indebtedness, or other securities now
or hereafter standing in the name of or owned by this municipality, to purchase bonds, notes, evidences
of indebtedness, and other securities, and to make, execute and deliver any and all written instruments
necessary or proper to effectuate the authority hereby conferred.
