R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-275
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T ERMINATION OF S TORMWATER
M AINTENANCE A GREEMENT FOR B ASS L AKE V ILLAS (8378848)
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from a Bass Lake Villas Property Owner to terminate the
agreement regarding storm water quality treatment pond, dated June 2, 2004, and recorded on June 17,
2004, as Document Number 8378848 in the office of County Recorder of Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the petition has gone through the review process established by the
Plymouth Pond Maintenance Policy; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works staff has determined the petition is eligible and meets all
the necessary requirements of the Plymouth Pond Maintenance Policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the petition to terminate the stormwater maintenance agreement for Bass Lake Villas
is granted and the stormwater maintenance agreement for Bass Lake Villas is terminated.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 15th day of November, 2022.
