C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-273
R ESOLUTION A PPOINTING W ARD 2 C OUNCILMEMBER
WHEREAS, Councilmember Kelli Slavik resigned from the Ward 2 seat effective November 15, 2022
with a term slated to expire on December 31, 2022; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions in the City Charter to fill Council vacancies, the Council selected
the winner of the November 8, 2022 General Election Ward 2 Council race to fill the unexpired term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Julie Peterson is appointed to the Ward 2 Council seat for a term to expire
December 31, 2022.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 15th day of November, 2022.
