Special Council Meeting
September 27, 2022
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on September 27, 2022.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Carroll, Davis, Prom, McGregor,
and Slavik.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL ABSENT: None.
PLYMOUTH STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Deputy City Manager Solano, Community and
Economic Development Director Parr, Deputy Police Chief Kuhnly, Deputy Fire Chief Dreelan, Assistant
Public Works Director/City Engineer LaBounty, Park and Recreation Director Tomlinson, Human
Resources Director Timpone, Facilities and Fleet Manager Hanson, Planning Manager McGuire, Senior
Planner Drill, Interim Finance Manager Larson, and City Clerk/Administrative Coordinator Gallup.
Updated Sketch Plan Review of Prudential Site, 13001 Co Rd 10
Scannell Properties and Roers Companies presented their updated sketch plan for the redevelopment of
the Prudential site at 13001 County Road 10.
Council members asked questions and provided feedback. Planning Commission members in the
audience provided feedback.
2023 Budget Discussion
Council and staff discussed follow‐up 2023 budget items.
Future Study Sessions
The following study session was added:
Review County Road 73 Small Area Study on November 29 at 5 p.m.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 6:47 p.m.
