PLYMOUTH HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
March 16, 2006
PRESENT: Chair Susan Henderson, Commissioners Tim Bildsoe, Steve Ludovissie,
Jenny Flansburg and Jim Kovach
ABSENT: Commissioners Steve Ludovissie and Jim Kovach
STAFF PRESENT: Executive Director Anne Hurlburt, Housing Program Manager Jim
Barnes, Office Support Representative Barb Peterson
OTHERS PRESENT: Link Wilson from Miller Hansen Partners
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Henderson called the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting to
order March 16, 2006 at 7:07 P.M.
2. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Approve February 16 and February 27, 2006 HRA Meeting Minutes
B. Plymouth Towne Square. — Accept monthly housing reports.
MOTION by Commissioner Bildsoe, seconded by Commissioner Flansburg, approving
the consent agenda.
Vote. 3 Ayes. Motion approved.
Housing Program Manager Barnes said that an item is being added to New Business
regarding the marketing process for Vicksburg Crossing.
3. NEW BUSINESS
A. Vicksburg Crossing. Approve selection of interior finishes.
Housing Program Manager Barnes said that tonight the Board will be deciding on the
interior finishes such as flooring, countertops and some paint selections.
Link Wilson from Miller Hansen Partners explained the various interior unit choices. He
said the selections should be made tonight due to a deadline for placing orders. He said
that once the interior selections have been made Sari Ann Olson, from Miller Hansen
Partners, will select coordinating fabrics and colors for the furniture, hallway, window
coverings and tile. Mr. Wilson said those choices will be presented at the April meeting.

Commissioner Bildsoe said that his choice would be the warm color palette for the interior
units and also the carpet for the entire building. Commissioner Flansburg and Chair
Henderson concurred.
MOTION by Commissioner Bildsoe, seconded by Commissioner Flansburg, approving
the warm color palette for the interior finishes at Vicksburg Crossing.
Vote. 3 Ayes. Motion approved.
B. Vicksburg Crossing. Marketing process.
Housing Program Manager Barnes presented the draft marketing materials including a
press release and letter to be mailed to those on the interest list along with a listing of
frequently asked questions. He said the process will be similar to the Section 8 application
process when that wait list is opened.
4. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION by Commissioner Bildsoe, seconded by Commissioner Flansburg, to adjourn the
meeting. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM.
