R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-268
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING W INE AND O N-S ALE 3.2 P ERCENT M ALT L IQUOR
L ICENSE A PPLICATIONS OF A BSHERON P ALACE LLC,
10760 H IGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, Absheron Palace 4 LLC, 10760 Highway 55, has submitted applications for Wine and
On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor for a restaurant located at 10760 Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted a background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Wine and On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License applications of Absheron Palace
4 LLC, 10760 Highway 55, are approved for a license period that will expire January 31, 2023.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon the City receiving all documentation
as required in the liquor license application.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 25th day of October, 2022.
