R ESOLUTION D ECERTIFYING T AX I NCREMENT F INANCING D ISTRICT N O. 7-9
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, Minnesota (the "City") heretofore created Tax Increment
Financing District No. 7-9 (the "TIF District") within Development District No. 7; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined to decertify the TIF District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, as follows:
(1) The City Council hereby finds, declares and determines to decertify the TIF District,
effective as of the date of this resolution.
(2) The City Manager is hereby directed to send a copy of this resolution to the County
Auditor of Hennepin County and the Office of the State Auditor and to take all other steps,
if any, which are necessary to decertify the TIF District.
(3) Effective Date. This resolution is effective upon the date of its approval.
