R ESOLUTION A PPROVING AN A MENDMENT TO A S TORMWATER M AINTENANCE
A GREEMENT FOR 10000 59 TH A VENUE N ORTH
WHEREAS, Steve LeVahn, representing Zion Partners LLC, TFP LLC & WW Partners LLC, has
requested the City to approve an amendment to a stormwater maintenance agreement for the long-
term maintenance of a raingarden at 10000 59th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the stormwater maintenance agreement requires the property owner to
perform maintenance of the raingarden; and
WHEREAS, the subject properties are legally described as Lots 3, Block 1, Bass Creek
Business Park 4th Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the amendment to the stormwater maintenance agreement at 10000 59th Avenue
North is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 25th day of October, 2022.
