R ESOLUTION A PPROVING N O P ARKING R ESTRICTIONS FOR THE S OUTH S IDE OF 32 ND
A VENUE N ORTH F ROM P LYMOUTH B OULEVARD TO A P OINT 360-F EET E AST OF THE
I NTERSECTION T OWARDS N IAGARA L ANE N ORTH
WHEREAS, access to the neighborhood is difficult on 32nd Avenue North, between Plymouth
Boulevard and Niagara Lane North, with vehicles parking on both sides of the roadway; and
WHEREAS, to provide for the orderly movement of traffic and provide for the safety of the
public, staff is recommending that No Parking signage be placed on the south side of 32nd Avenue
North; and
WHEREAS, residents in the neighborhood have presented the City with a petition in support of
the parking restriction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the installation of No Parking signage is authorized on the south side of 32nd Avenue
from Plymouth Boulevard to a point 360-feet east of the intersection towards Niagara Lane North.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 25th day of October, 2022.
