Special Council Meeting
September 13, 2022
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Medicine
Lake Room of Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on September 13, 2022.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Carroll, Davis, Prom, McGregor, and
Slavik.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL ABSENT: Councilmember Willis.
PLYMOUTH STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Deputy City Manager Solano, Community and
Economic Development Director Parr, Public Works Director Thompson, Public Safety Director Fadden,
Deputy Fire Chief Dreelan, Park and Recreation Director Tomlinson, Interim Human Resources Director
Moreen, Recreation Manager Hemp, Facilities and Fleet Manager Hanson, Planning Manager McGuire,
Assistant Public Works Director/City Engineer LaBounty, Housing and Economic Development Manager
Pohlman, Interim Finance Manager Larson, Finance Clerk Supervisor Milavitz, and City
Clerk/Administrative Coordinator Gallup.
2023 Budget Discussion
Staff presented the proposed general fund levy, special revenue funds, and the Capital Improvement
Plan for the general and special revenue funds.
Council members asked questions and provided feedback.
Future Study Sessions
The following meeting change was made:
Change the start time to 5:30 p.m. for the September 27 study session.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
