R ESOLUTION A PPROVING O N-SALE I NTOXICATING L IQUOR
L ICENSE A PPLICATION WITH S UNDAY S ALES OF C EVICHE
S EAFOOD H OUSE, 3500 V ICKSBURG L ANE, S UITE 500
WHEREAS, Ceviche Seafood House, 3500 Vicksburg, Suite 500, has submitted application for
On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License with Sunday Sales for a restaurant located at 3500 Vicksburg Lane
North, Suite 500; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted a background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License application with Sunday Sales of Ceviche
Seafood House, 3500 Vicksburg, Suite 500, is approved for a license period that will expire January 31,
2023.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon the City receiving all documentation
as required in the liquor license application.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of May, 2022.
