O RDINANCE N O. 2022-15
I NTERIM O RDINANCE P ROHIBITING THE S ALE, T ESTING, M ANUFACTURING, AND
D ISTRIBUTION OF I NTOXICATING AND P SYCHOACTIVE C ANNABINOIDS
Ordinance No. 2022-15 enacts an interim ordinance temporarily prohibiting the sale, testing,
manufacturing, and distribution of intoxicating and psychoactive cannabinoids.
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection at the City Clerkâs Office during
regular office hours.
