Special Council Meeting
August 16, 2022
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Medicine
Lake Room of Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on August 16, 2022.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Carroll, Davis, Prom, and
McGregor.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL ABSENT: None.
PLYMOUTH STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Deputy City Manager Solano, Community and
Economic Development Director Parr, Public Works Director Thompson, Public Safety Director Fadden,
Fire Chief Coppa, Park and Recreation Director Tomlinson, Interim Human Resources Director Moreen,
Assistant Public Works Director/City Engineer LaBounty, Interim Finance Manager Larson, Public Works
Operations Manager Browen, and City Clerk/Administrative Coordinator Gallup.
2023 Budget Workshop
Callister, Solano and Larson discussed the 2023 budget goals, planning process, preliminary tax levies,
and FTE requests. Department Directors provided a high level summary of each department’s proposed
budget, goals and objectives.
Council members asked questions and provided feedback for the next budget meeting.
Future Study Sessions
The following meeting change was made:
Schedule interviews for the vacant EQC and PRAC seats on August 30 at 5 p.m.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 6:39 p.m.
