C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-206
R ESOLUTION D ESIGNATING THE C ONSULTING E NGINEER FOR THE
2023 C ITY C ENTER R EHABILITATION (ST230001)
WHEREAS, the 2023 City Center Rehabilitation project is listed in the 2022-2031 Capital
Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, the project scope is being reduced to only include 34th Avenue from City Hall to
Fernbrook Lane, and 34th Avenue, 35th Avenue, 36th Avenue, and 37th Avenue between Vicksburg
Lane and Plymouth Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, a request for proposal was sent to an engineering firm that has expertise to deliver
the project; and
WHEREAS, a proposal was received and evaluated by city staff; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends that Bolton & Menk, Inc. be designated as the consulting engineer
for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Bolton & Menk, Inc. is designated as the City’s consulting engineer for the 2023 City
Center Rehabilitation (ST230001) in the amount of $267,079.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 16th day of August, 2022.
