R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-205
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING C HANGE O RDER N O. 1 FOR THE
M T. O LIVET S TREAM AND P ARKERS L AKE C HANNEL I MPROVEMENTS (WR150003)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as the owner, and Sunram Construction, Inc. as the contractor,
have entered into an agreement for the Mt. Olivet Stream and Parkers Lake Channel Improvements.
Said agreement was approved by the City Council on November 9, 2021; and
WHEREAS, changes were made during construction that are not covered under the City’s
contract with Sunram Construction, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 was incorporated into the project scope and included additional
sediment and soil removal as well as additional stabilizing riprap in the project areas; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 includes additional work to accommodate and address changes
in site conditions related to the restoration needs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 in the total amount of $48,439.00 is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 16th day of August, 2022.
