R ESOLUTION A PPROVING O FF-S ALE I NTOXICATING L IQUOR
L ICENSE A PPLICATION OF C ASTLE R OYALE S PIRITS LLC D/B/A
W ANDERING S PIRITS, 3435 H IGHWAY 169 N ORTH #B
WHEREAS, Castle Royale Spirits LLC d/b/a Wandering Spirits, 3435 Highway 169 North #B, has
submitted an application for Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor at this address; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted a background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License application of Castle Royale Spirits LLC d/b/a
Wandering Spirits, 3435 Highway 169 North #B, is approved for a license period that will expire January
31, 2023.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon the City receiving all documentation
as required in the liquor license application.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 26th day of July, 2022.
